A family story
Through these archive images, we invite you to step back in time and discover the birth of Camping Hélios in 1968. Alongside his wife Claire and their children, Louis Franceschi shaped the site with patience and tenderness. The vintage cars, the laughter, the first trees… evoke a time when vacations were synonymous with freedom and simplicity. Alain, his son, then looked after the campsite like a family treasure.
Today, from father to son, the story continues down the generations. Benjamin, Louis’ grandson, and his wife Karine, along with their two daughters, continue this story with emotion, preserving the warm soul of the campsite: a living heritage, imbued with memories and gentleness, that unites the generations and celebrates the simple joy of family vacations at Vias Plage.
