Vanaf de hoogte kun je de unieke geografische ligging van S\u00e8te waarderen, gelegen tussen zout water en lagunes, in het hart van de kustlijn van de H\u00e9rault. De beklimming kan worden gedaan met de auto of te voet voor degenen die een sportieve dimensie willen toevoegen aan het bezoek. Eenmaal op de top verandert de sfeer: je ogen ontvouwen zich, de herkenningspunten krijgen vorm en je krijgt een beter begrip van hoe de stad is georganiseerd rond haar kanalen en haven. De site herbergt ook een aantal iconische sites, zoals het zeekerkhof, geassocieerd met Paul Val\u00e9ry.
